Caring for the Body
Experts agree that a healthy, balanced diet may   help us stay healthy and lower our risk of getting cancer. Eating healthy means:
  • Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, grains and beans.
  • Include lean meat and low-fat dairy products in your diet.
  • Go easy on fats.
  • Maintain a health weight

Another important part of caring for our bodies is to avoid smoking. Smoking is directly related to cancer. Second hand smoke is also bad for our health and it's bad for the health of our children.
